Major General Hossam Nabil is a Partner in the Firm’s Criminal Litigation Group. He specializes in public funds cases and major economic and financial criminal offenses, representing clients in complex financial crime proceedings and formulating professional defense strategies before the Egyptian courts and regulatory authorities.
Major General Nabil brings over 30 years of experience in criminal investigation and combating public funds crimes, acquired through a distinguished career at the Egyptian Ministry of Interior. He held numerous senior positions, culminating in his role as Director of the Public Funds Crimes Department for six years, during which he supervised complex financial and economic cases of a strategic nature, oversaw investigations into financial corruption and money laundering, and coordinated with senior judicial and regulatory authorities on highly sensitive matters. He also managed and developed specialized investigative teams in the field of financial crimes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Major General Nabil founded and led Major General Hossam Nabil Law Firm and Legal Consultations, a specialized practice of 16 lawyers focusing on public funds cases and major economic and criminal offenses. His career has been recognized at the highest levels: he was awarded the Order of Excellence (First Class) by H.E. the President of the Republic, received multiple honors from senior officials of the Ministry of Interior for his efforts in combating public funds crimes, and holds a certificate of appreciation from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) for his participation in strategic analysis programs. He combines deep security expertise with professional legal analysis in handling major economic cases.
